Dijo Michael esto ? (sobre la pirateria)

Tengo una duda. Tengo en mis manos un libro que trata principalmente sobre la historia de los bootlegs y tal y aparece una supuesta cita de Michael, sacada, segun el libro, de Billboard 4 de julio 1987. Copio el fragmento y me gustaria que alguien me dijera si es cierto o algo xD
