LOS OLIVOS, Calif. - Sheriff's investigators conducted a search of Michael Jackson (news)'s Neverland ranch on Friday, a department spokesman said.

Sgt. Chris Pappas confirmed that a warrant was served at the rural estate but he would not release any more information.



Jackson has already been charged with child molestation, and his Neverland ranch was searched previously in the case. He faces trial next year.



The search warrant was served at 9 a.m. and investigators remained there into the late morning.

Segun msnbc Michael no se encontraba en el rancho durante este nuevo registro. Como siempre la prensa está como loca especulando los motivos de este nuevo registro, pero la mayoría apuntan a que como Sneddon tiene fecha límite del 6 de Dic. para entregar toda la evidencia están haciendo un chequeo por si algo se les pasó en el primer registro.


La p*** de Diane dice que solo un pequeño grupo de policias está dentro del rancho, aún continua el registro, los abogados de Michael estaban enterados del registro, dice que este registro puede tener relación a unas muestras de DNA de Michael.

Yo creo q la evidencia mas grande es q este tio a estas alturas no tiene pruebas contundentes.

Esto es demasiado, de verdad que ya no puede ser, a más de un año de todo esto entran a Neverland para buscar que?? Esto es un intento desesperado de Sneddon por construir un caso.

The search warrant was served at 9 a.m. and investigators remained there into the late morning.



Attorneys on both sides of the criminal case are barred from commenting by a court gag order. A message seeking comment was left at the office of Jackson's spokeswoman Raymone K. Bain.



Neverland, about 100 miles northwest of Los Angeles, was first searched on Nov. 18, 2003.



At least 60 investigators from the sheriff's pepartment and county district attorney's office conducted that raid on the multimillion-dollar property in lush Santa Ynez Valley.



The theme park-like estate has a mansion, zoo and amusement park with bumper cars, a merry-go-round and Ferris wheel. Jackson hosted many children's parties there.



Jackson was originally charged in December 2003 on allegations of molesting a boy. Prosecutors then took the case to the grand jury, which issued a superseding indictment in April.



The pop star has pleaded not guilty to child molestation, conspiracy and administering an intoxicating agent, alcohol, to the alleged victim. Jackson's trial is scheduled to start Jan. 31.



In recent pretrial hearings, the judge turned down a bid by Jackson's defense to conduct psychological examinations of the alleged victim and his family.



The prosecution also objected to the extent of subpoenas in which Jackson's lawyers have sought information ranging from military records of the alleged victim's stepfather to family medical records.

The judge ruled that anyone whose records are sought would have time to file objections, but a prosecution request to be notified of all defense subpoenas was turned down

Para hacer un registro necesitan la autoriazacion de un juez. En FOX News un abogado defensor (no del caso) dice que esto sugiere que pueda haber un nuevo 'crimen'. :miedo: Espero que se equivoque y sea algo relaccionado con este caso.

Criminal defense attorney Tom Liotti told FOX News the search could suggest the possibility of a new crime. "This is not something that can be done sort of in the past, this is something where a judge has to say a crime is actively being committed now," he said.

Estoy confundida,la fecha para que Sneddon entregara todas las pruebas no era a finales de octubre ? :confused: [ estoy hecha un lio por eso ya :sacabo: ]


No se que demonios pretende Sneddon [ maybe Melville too ] con esto ,si no encontraron nada hace un año mucho menos ahora.

Por ahora los medios ya se han puesto a crear 384989484 teorias, entre ellas:

-La madre ha dado nueva información
-Alguien del equipo de MJ ha dado información
-Se relaciona a un nuevo crimen
-Buscan nuevo ADN
-La defensa no dejó que se llevaran toda la evidencia que necesitaba la fiscalía en el primer registro.
