According to eonline.com, Melville ruled that Sneedon did not violate MJ by raiding his personal assistant and taking folders labed "T-Mez" and fax of potential defense witnesses, is this accurate? Has Melvilled ruled on it already.

Report: Raid Targets Jackson's Aide

The Michael Jackson investigation is widening, and another evidence raid has occurred.
This time, authorities have pounced on the home of the beleaguered pop star's personal assistant in a quest for more dirt about Jackson's child-molestation case.
According to a report in the Santa Barbara News-Press, police searched the Sherman Oaks, California, home of Evelyn "Evvy" Tavasci on Sept. 15.
Jackson's former business associates told the paper that Tavasci, a Jackson aide for more than a decade, pays the entertainer's personal bills, which is presumably what investigators were looking for. But Santa Barbara Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville immediately sealed the list of findings, and Tavasci says she is prohibited from discussing the raid due to the judge's strict gag order on the case.
But Jackson's defense team is still up in arms. Jackson attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. appeared before Melville Wednesday to argue that the search violates attorney-client privilege because investigators seized three folders labeled "Mesereau."
The judge reportedly disagreed and allowed the evidence to be filed. It is the latest in a mounting pile. Nearly 100 search :sacabo: :sacabo: warrants have been issued since the probe was launched in November 2003, almost 20 of which have been approved in the past month.

Earlier this week, Mesereau took to the airways to refute reports that nude photos of naked boys were found at Neverland Ranch during one of the evidence searches. Los Angeles radio station KFI has chosen to stand by its story, which it claims was confirmed from several anonymous sources. Mesereau issued a statement saying the story was false.
Jackson, meanwhile, still maintains his innocence. He pleaded not guilty in April to child molestation and conspiracy charges and has continually enlisted the presence of his high-profile family for courtroom support. His trial is scheduled for Jan. 31.
In other Jackson news, Michael's father, Joe Jackson, is in the hospital in Los Angeles for a bleeding ulcer. According to his lawyer, the elder Jackson checked in after suffering from what he believed to be food poisoning. Upon admission, however, doctors discovered the ulcer.
Attorney Debra Opri told Reuters that the senior Jackson is doing fine and is on the path to recovery. "Everything is terrific, he's doing great and the ulcers have been resolved," she said. "He'll be around a lot longer to fight those good battles."
