So, there has been some random commotion about the majestic spin MJ did near the end of MITM in Bucharest 1992. Well, THERE WAS NO MAJESTIC SPIN AT ALL! MJ barely had any energy, so he only did one spin. The remaining concerts we have are between:

Hamburg, Stockholm, and all the other 1992 had longs spins, but they weren't long enough (Bremen was close). We can't be sure for Cologne, Munich, or any of the other dates, mainly because it exists only in audio, or hasn't been leaked yet.
And there was no Barcelona spin.
The answer: MEXICO.
Mexico had the longest spin, and was long long enough to directly match the majestic spin, so it's Mexico.
