A man in Santa Maria, California named William Wagener has a grassroots (low budget, non-corporate funded) local TV program called "On Second Thought". He wants to make a documentary for MJ.

Wagener initially appears to be an unlikely Michael Jackson advocate, as he is a politically minded person not in the entertainment business. He's a Libertarian (which means in the USA that he believes in the US Constitution, in citizen's rights (power to the people), and in cleaning up governmental corruption and controls over our lives. And that's where the connection to Michael occurs!
Wagener exposes corrupt law and government officials, especially in California. He continues to publicly state that Thomas Sneddon had a vicious vendetta against Michael Jackson, that he initiated false charges, that he committed a felony against Michael by falsifying evidence, and that Thomas Sneddon MUST be indicted and tried for these crimes.
THAT IS WHAT THIS DOCUMENTARY IS TO BE ABOUT.
In 2005, as a local media person, but NOT part of the corporate owned mass media, William Wagener witnessed first hand from directly outside the Santa Maria Courthouse the day-after-day barrage against MJ by the media elite. He also watched as the prosecution, lead by former DA Thomas Sneddon tried to railroad MJ into prison on a cavalcade of lies.
I have been following Wagener on YouTube for several months, and I believe he is legitimate in his pro-Michael efforts, and truly intends to help Michael's legacy with the help of all of us. He doesn't want large donations for this documentary project. He wants small ($10) donations from millions of people, so that together as a global community we can do this for Michael, for his family, and for our whole global society. And to bring Thomas Sneddon to justice!!
This is the MJJ Innocent Forever Foundation's Mission Statement:
"To produce a true to life documentary taken from the Official Court record and other eye witnesses records on the Trial of Michael Joe Jackson in 2004-2005, made for television, and events leading up to and after that event, where a jury found him NOT guilty of all 10 felonies and NOT guilty of 4 lesser included misdemeanors."
