How to download Kuala Lumpur concert

I have been trying to download the history concert ... but i am having problems...
I registered with them, my account has been activated, then clicked on the download link, which then asked me for a user name and password, i put my username and password in and it rejected it, i tried joinin again and repeating the same process but i am still having the problem. Can anyone tell me how to download it? The fact that i dont speak spanish doesnt help.

You weren't able to download it because you were in a waiting list to be aproved. Now you should be able to do it

I still can't do it. I've been waiting for some time to activate my account and it succeded. But my passwoard still dosn't work.
It says :" Lo siento, no tienes acceso a esta zona " after 3 times try. Mayby this information is significant, but I don't understant it. "Necesitas ser un HideOuter (usuario registrado ) para entrar aqui Por favor introduce tu nombre de usuario y contrasena.-503"
Please translate it and help me. I have everything : username, passwoard, account but I still cant begin download. Heeeeeeeeeeeelp
