I would like to download the japanese report of the bad tour but I can't and I don't unsdertand why ?

What exactly is the problem?
I think they may have been taken away for a while so that the Dangerous Tour Rehearsals can be put up for downloading and there'll be more space. I'm not sure on that one though...
