We recently reported that Michael had been hospitalized in Indianapolis shortly before he was to give a deposition in a lawsuit. It has been revealed that Michael suffered from dehydration and was taken to hospital for rehydration treatment. His attourney, Brian Oxman said this to Reuters:
"Some people react to food. Some people react to lawsuits. I have seen this before. He gets upset, he doesn't drink, he doesn't eat, he can't sleep.
"It gets to the point where he just can't stand it. He is exhausted with this kind of thing."
Michael lives a life where everyone around him is trying to get something, they obviously disregard the impact that such actions can have on a man. Michael is not superhuman, he is an ordinary human being, just like you and I. I think that we are far passed the point of saying that this must stop. The lawsuit alleges that the Jackson 5 used the name of a local band and two of their songs without permission -- the facts alone show that this case is purely set out to make money -- this issue should have passed many years ago. It is estimated that Michael has been in more than 1500 lawsuits in his career.
This is the kind of life that Michael leads. No one wants to be reasonable. Everyone wants to be crazy. He is tired of being sued," Oxman said.
