"Butterflies," Michael Jackson's second US release, flutters itsway to number one this week on the "Radio and Records" Urban/AC chart. It climbs two notches from last week's #3 position. Meanwhile, it climbs up a notch to number two on the Urban chart. It is expected to unseat Ja Rule's "Always On Time" within the next couple of weeks.
