I posted this on Sugar Rose's Jan 9th Forum yesterday. Everyone should read and be on the lookout for this "crime". Also, the receipt I refer to below actually stated "Thomson Elga" (below I mistakenly said it stated Thomas Elga). I looked up this name on the internet and could NOT find any artist by that name. So, I wonder if this ficticious artist was created to "skim" all of Mike's money from album sales at this particular location. The incident below occurred on 11/30.

I live in Atlanta, GA. just today I went to HMV Record stores in Lenox Mall (Atlanta, GA) and purchased Michael's EP of "One More Chance". Upon ringing me up, I was questioned by the clerk as to why I was purchasing MJ music. His questioning me made me very angry and I just blurted out an expletive and demanded that he quit wasting my time. He quickly rang me up and I was on my way, only to find out that the receipt showed that I just purchased a "Thomas Elga" CD instead of MJ's One More Chance CD. I walked right back to the SOB who sold me the CD and demanded an explanation of why my receipt showed something that was NOT true. He instantly became defensive and said that the price of the CD ($6.99) was the same and therefore it was "not a big deal". I refused to accept his blantantly stupid excuse and immediately talked to his supervisor who corrected the sale and re-rang the CD as MJ's One More Chance. When I asked for an explanation (asking who the h*ll told them to program their computers to ring up MJ's CD's as someone else's), they both said that it was "just a mistake". I admonished both of them and by the end of it I think that they thought I was someone from Jackson's camp (since I was wearing a Jackson 45th B'day Jacket). They also instantly started playing MJ's songs as soon as I turned around to walk out of the store (I was cursing them as I walked out).
I have a copy of the receipt showing the entire transaction (including the re-ringing of the "One More Chance CD"). This incident happened today and I will be more than happy to turn over any other info required for someone from Michael's camp to investigate this incident. In fact, all fans should check their receipts and make sure they clearly state MJ when they purchase MJ's music.
