Many Dead As Ferry Sinks

At least 57 people were killed - including a number of Britons - when a ferry with around 150 passengers on board sank off the coast of Bahrain, it has been confirmed.
The British Embassy confirmed UK nationals were among the dead but did not give any more details.
At least 25 Britons were known to have been on board.
Bahrain's Interior Minister Sheik Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa said most of the ferry's passengers were employees of a Bahrain-based company.
The vessel was believed to have taken them out for an evening cruise around the Gulf that was expected to last for several hours.
The boat overturned around a mile from the coast.
Officials said it was too early to say what might have caused the accident.
Ambulances could be heard rushing to the port from which the vessel had set off.
The US Navy said it was sending rescue crews to the scene.
