SONY ANNOUNCEMENT
Sony Music are set to make an announcement regarding Michael Jackson.
The announcement will revolve around a future project that Michael is currently involved with, not so much bad news as rumored on the Internet.
The new project will show Michael moving away from previous things and starting something new.
The announcement is scheduled to coincide with the release of unbreakable which will explode with press and media coverage.
Michael Jackson will feature largely in the press in 4 weeks time.
MICHAEL TO STAY WITH SONY
Michael Jackson has no plans to leave Sony, and Sony have no plans to loose one of their biggest assets.

APPEARANCE UPDATE
As Sony & Michael Jackson discuss plans for an Invincible World Tour, there will be a few dates that Michael will be performing to over the following year.
Michael Jackson is set to perform at this years 44th Annual Grammy Awards, but this is of course subject to schedule. What songs will be performed have yet to be confirmed, but a duet with Carlos Santa is being considered.
Michael Jackson is also lined up to perform at this years World Music Awards.
A performance at the Wetten Dass Show in Leipzig on March 2nd 2002 it still to be confirmed.
Michael Jackson will also perform to a small audience. Plans are currently being set for a more intimate and small show. The idea is to release this in a DVD format based on the new album Invincible

NEW ALBUM UPDATE
Michael Jackson & Sony Music are currently considering to release previously unreleased material from Invincible and old albums on a future album that maybe release later this year.
BUTTERFLIES RELEASE TO GO AHEAD
As many of you already know Butterflies has been hugely successful in the US. Reaching number 14 with only radio airplay to its name, Sony and Michael Jackson are once again in discussions to release Butterflies.
It is thought that if the single is released it will be released as a limited pressing only. Providing further talks that are currently taking place go well.
Butterflies will be released at the same time as Unbreakable.
GHOSTS
MTV Base, a British and European music channel which is available on Cable and Satellite will premiere Michael Jackson's Ghosts on Sunday 17th February 2002. Ghosts will be repeated on Wednesday 20th February at 8pm.
Ghosts is currently enjoying heavy promotion on MTV Base.
