Maybe YOU were not aware of it, but it's been widely discussed here and in other forums that the silouhette was not MJ's, this is just the confirmation of a pretty good fan observation.

As for the vocals , can't actually remember who, but it was reported in the press that the movie used overdubs with old vocals at some parts, maybe YOU didn't notice. I did not feel betrayed by it.
