Facts about Sony Corporation leaks

1) truth about vocals and truth about the fake silhouette was reported to the attention of media and fans because WE reported it to the media and to the fans.

2) because me , u and some other fans that are self aware (because of personal knowledge) that the vocals were not live vocals and the silhouette used was fake, it does not make it right from a LEGAL stand point and from a MORAL stand point. Buyers , including new fans and even some old, are not all knowledgeable about MJ and from a MORAL and LEGAL stand point they HAVE TO BE INFORMED at the moment they buy the product. In fact sony/AEG/MJ Estate admitted they wrongdoings with these emails that surfaced and feared legal actions for that. Your and a few other's personal feeling of "not being betraied" count nothing when there are million other ppl (new fans , old fans, and generic buyers) that have been framed and lied to and sony/aeg/MJ Estate have admitted the lies and even tried to cover up the truth by buying media silence and looking into fan bases to see if the story was picked up or covered up in fan bases.

At this point I would not be surprised if u are fine with fake songs into MJ's discography. It is clear to me that protecting corporations like Sony and aeg and an estate in bed with them, is more important than truth , respect, justice etc... What sort of planet and MJ fan's community do we have post 2009 if such sort of frauds and lies is condoned and not exposed/condemned?

No wonder Michael Jackson fired Branca for conflict of interest for doing busine$$ at the same time for him and Sony.....nothing changed with the death of MJ, Branca talking to work for Sony as Sony/ATV Advisor while being the Estate executor , owning MJ via a bogus will!

Didn't Sony/ATV's ppl have to give the OK to Sony Pictures for them to be able to sell the Sony Picture Music Publishing Catalog, because the catalog was administered by Sony/ATV?

John Branca in business and sharing the same interests as the Company MJ felt being involved in false allegations against him, to take control of his Catalog. There is no difference in John Branca and/or Sony owning MJ's Catalog ...the two are the same
