On May 1st, 2002, 1 million children around the world will sing Michael
Jackson's Heal the World at the same time! It's called Celebrate the Magic
Day! An international event to promote world peace, love, and happiness,
through the Magic of children.

*Celebrate the Magic Day Already a Global Success!
With so many individuals, groups, schools, and choirs from all over the world
emailing and calling in support of Celebrate the Magic Day, we are already a
global success. We now have a special United Nations of Magic page, that
list the events for every country, state, and city, on the web at
www.celebratethemagic.com/UnitedNations.html
Take a look and see what is happening your local area!
I want to thank all of the thousands of Michael Jackson fans from around the
world, who are helping make this day a reality. The excitement is building as
we move into the final 60 day count down until Celebrate the Magic Day!
* Here is how to get involved and be on television!
1. Form your own Magic delegation to sing, Heal the World, our main song.
It doesn't matter if you have 2 people or 200, everyone can sing. Get your
friends together, your class, sorority, or fraternity, family, or church
group and at 1:00pm Eastern standard time start singing!! If you are in a
country other than the USA, you can actually begin singing at anytime during
the day or night, since the USA is behind the rest of the world time wise it
will actualy be May 2 in many countries. So simply pick a time and sing,
"Heal the World!
2. Email me the name of your country/city and how many people are singing
with you, and the time you are singing to, celebratelife2@aol.com. Put,
"Magic Delegation" in the subject.
If you plan any special activities let me know as well. For example, in
India, close to where Michael performed his Bad tour, Nikhil our Magic
Ambassador, will pass out clothes to the needy along with singing with the
children.
Your group can make signs, and write poems for peace. Be creative and express
yourself. This is your chance to shine and show the world, the Magic that is
in your heart!
Your Magic delegation will be filmed as part of the 24 hour world wide
television coverage planned for the day. If you do not want to be on TV this
is fine too, Simply sing wherever and however you want. But please do sing
because every voice counts!
*Volunteer to become a Magic Ambassador
We already have some wonderful Magic Ambassadors, doing great work, like
Jessica in Australia, Nikhil in India, and Wilhelmina in the Netherlands, but
we need many more, to help spread the word in your Country, State, or City.
One person can't do everything, especially for an entire country. This is a
special honor you will be entrusted with, so if you want to serve please send
me an email here at celebratelife2@aol.com and put Magic Ambassador in the
subject. To see who are the Ambassadors for your country, state or city

If you dont see anyone listed under your country or state yet, it means we
need you! And even if you do , we still need you!
*Magical Life Awards Expected to Attract Thousands!
Thousands of people from all over the world visited our web site this week
after we announced the 1st annual Magical Life Awards and opened voting on
the web. This
humanitarian award is given to individuals who have demonstrated with true
humanitarian service, the peace, love and happiness, characterized by the
Magic of children and in so doing, has help make the world a kinder and
gentler place. Dignitaries nominated for their charity work include First
Lady Laura Bush, US Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Recording Artist, Michael
Jackson, Sec. of State: Colin Powell, and talk show host, Oprah Winfrey. The
awards will be presented to the recipients in a special ceremony in New York
City. Since this news letter is going out to Michael Jackson fans I assume
you are all voting for Michael ;-) But please feel free to vote for
whomever you like, everyone nominated is worthy of being honored. Voting is
taking place on the web at www.celebratethemagic.com/Awards.html
*Get Ready to go to New York City!
The official start of Celebrate the Magic Day will be in New York City, at
the World Trade Center site. We will meet with thousand of Michael Jackson
fans, from all over the world, at the World Trade Center Site at 1:00pm
Eastern time, and join hands and sing, Heal the World. A charity fundraiser
and special awards ceremony to honor the winner of the Magical Life Award
will follow.
* Get Preferred Seating!
Since Michael Jackson is one of the nominees, seating for the actual awards
ceremony will be limited and go very quickly. To get on a reserved preferred
seating list send us an email to celebratelife2@aol.com and put , PREFERRED
SEATING, in the subject. This way you will get first choice of seating before
we announce it to the public!
A word to the wise, if you plan to come to NYC for the singing at the World
Trade Center, and the Magical Life Awards ceremony, I would start making
travel plans now, because this event will attract huge crowds and hotels will
fill up fast!
Finally I want to say, as Michael Jackson fans we are united with people from
all over the world from different races, cultures, and religions, for one
single purpose. To spread the Message of peace, love, and happiness through
the Magic of children. At this time in our history we need this event more
than ever. I know Michael is proud of you, and so am I.
