En la canción, MJ lo utiliza como una manera muy gariboleada de decir "ya pélame, no?", o "Hazme caso", refiriendose a iniciar o reanudar una relación sentimental, o quizás, a juzgar por el tono apasionado de la rola, simplemente que se acueste con él...
