Speed It Up es el nombre de la cancion que salian bailando los bailarines de Janet en unos ensayos pal proyecto Damita Jo, pero al final la cancion no se metio en el disco ni tampoco la metieron en la supuesta gira, porque al final no hubo No creo que la hayan decidido rescatar para este nuevo trabajo.
