El vídeo "Thriller" se publicará en 3D

Hi to all!

Yesterday i have attended the premiere in Venice of Thriller 3D.

The quality is stunning: the video is in 4K, Landis did an amazing job!
There are scenes in 3D that are better then the original version of the video: the dance part with the zombies is incredible, Michael is really in front of us dancing!!!
Special applause to the quality of the sound! The building was near to explode! Amazing!

This really should be released in cinemas all around the world!!!

I hope you guys will be able to watch it in a cinema: it really is a different experience!

Then there was the making of but this part was not restored and was not in 3D. It was the original tape and it was emotional to see Michael so full of energy and happy.

If you have some questions i would be glad to answer to you.
 
Cuando algo no fue filmado originalmente en 3D los resultados pueden decepcionar, habrá que ver, pero solo ver Thriller en cines , con imagen y sonido mejorados , ya es buena noticia, aunque no se luzca el 3D o no aporte demasiado.

Yes, at the party held at the Excelsior Hotel there were lots of t-shirts. They didn't tell it was for a new cd but they say it was for a new project called Michael Jackson: scream.

The party was basically a giant discoteque: giant screens were showing Michael's videoclip but without sound, the music was super loud and was played by a dj there. So for example on the screens you were watchin Ghosts while listening Black or White.

Between the different videos the teaser of Michael Jackson scream was played, as at the place of the event, posters of it were all over the walls but without any date printed on it. Only the image with written Michael Jackson: Scream.

Hmm not really, to me the making of was NOT restored. But it was great to see it at the cinema, it was very emotional.

In my opinion, it was a bad idea not to restored also the making of simply because after the brilliant Thriller restored you could really see the difference!!!

Hmm that's weird. Because John said that the Making Of was also restored, Thriller was filmed in 35mm and the Making Of was filmed in 16mm, maybe that's why they don't look the same. But I doubt it stills looks like a VHS, I know you were there and all but.....I just don't want to believe that. This deserves a Blu Ray release you know?

I have taken a pic with mr. Branca itself (a very kind man) and i have filmed the little speech that mr. Landis did at the presentation. You could not film or take pics after that during the screening. I have not taken pics at the party because it was simply a chaos: too many people (mostly they were people of the music business or movie business), very few real fans.

Yeah i hope it will be released on dvd or bluray disc in the future. For sure its better then vhs quality but believe me after you'll see the work they did on Thriller, i mean, the quality of the image and the sound it's unbelievable, you'll want that work also on the making of that still need a better version in my opinion.

I didn't know Michael was wearing brown loafers at the beginning of the video! I always thought they were black coz of the bad quality of the video. Now you see the difference, he starts walking with the brown one then he dance with the black one! I don't want to spoiler other details but if you have some questions go ahead!

What impressed me a lot was the bass intro in the dance sequence: every beat was soo clean and strong and everyone was clapping hands followin the rhythm, what an experience!

Thank you for the translation in spanish! I can speak spanish and be able to read it but i'm very bad in writing sorry for that!

There is a little surprise at the end of Thriller: Landis added a little thing. It's something funny but i don't want to spoiler it!
