Pop superstar MICHAEL JACKSON will reportedly tell all in a US TV interview that could earn him $10 million (GBP5.5 million).
Jackson was cleared of child molestation charges by a Californian jury earlier this month (JUN05) but is reported to be in massive debt.
The decision to make a TV appearance has sparked a bidding war between US networks, with veteran interviewer BARBARA WALTERS and OPRAH WINFREY both competing for the scoop.
An insider tells British newspaper THE SUN, "Michael has purposely not been seen since the trial as he knows this drives up the interest - and the price - for his first interview.
"He is planning to sell to the highest bidder and his representatives are discreetly talking to major networks."
If it goes ahead, the star will lay down tough rules about editorial control after a controversial interview with British journalist MARTIN BASHIR led to his trial.
