NBC News' Mike Taibbi reported on MSNBC's 'The Abrams Report' that the alleged victim in the Michael Jackson sexual abuse case had previously accused both his parents of abuse. Following is a transcript of tonight's report.

"In March of 1996, when Jackson's accuser was 7-years-old, the boy became sick at school but before his mother could be called...
RUSSELL HALPERN, FATHER'S ATTORNEY: "THE BOY... BROKE DOWN AND STARTED CRYING, SAYING 'I DON'T WANT YOU TO CALL MY MOTHER BECAUSE SHE'LL BEAT ME... SHE'LL HIT ME."
Documents obtained exclusively by NBC News show an investigation was begun by Children and Family Services into alleged abuse of the boy by his parents. But the boy changed his story and the allegation was declared "unfounded"
HALPERN: "...THE SAME BOY DENIED ANY HITTING BY THE PARENTS."
4 years later, in 2000...as NBC News was first to report...the accuser's mother belatedly added on a charge that she'd not just been beaten but had been sexually abused by a JC Penney's security guard after a shoplifting incident that led to a lawsuit. The children backed her story in what a defense psychiatrist called "clearly rehearsed testimony" but the sex abuse charge was never mentioned in the settlement JC Penney's offered without admitting any wrongdoing.
TOM GRIFFIN, JC PENNEY'S ATTORNEY: "SHE JUST CAME UP WITH THIS FAIRY TALE... NOT A FAIRY TALE, A HORROR STORY...! AND RAN WITH IT..."
Then the next year, 2001, police responded to an ugly argument that spilled into the street during the parent's bitter divorce. At first, Jackson's accuser and his siblings told a social worker they'd witnessed "no hitting, just yelling" by their father over the years... "and not a lot of yelling." During this interview the mother was away at work.
RUSS HALPERN: "SHE WAS ANGERED BY THE FACT THAT THEY CAME OUT AND SPOKE TO HER CHILDREN WITHOUT HER BEING THERE..."
But days later, with their mother present, the boy and his siblings changed that story. Now it was daily beatings of all family members... punching, kicking, breaking bones, holding the mother's head under water... constant threats to kill them all.
The mother added... weeks later... that she'd "observed the (father) inappropriately touching" the couple's daughter, when the daughter was much younger.
A domestic abuse expert says the delay in making the sex abuse charge doesn't diminish its believability.
NANCY LEMON, DOMESITIC ABUSE EXPERT: "IT'S ACTUALLY QUITE TYPICAL FOR SEXUAL ABUSE EITHER OF AN ADULT OR OF A CHILD TO BE REPORTED MUCH LATER."
But the father's attorney says he never heard one word about the sex abuse allegation... from anyone.
MIKE TAIBBI: "HE WAS NEVER CHARGED?"
HALPERN: "NEVER CHARGED, AND I GUESS IT GOT AS MUCH ATTENTION FROM THE PROSECUTORS AS WE GAVE IT. IT WAS JUST A RANT ON HER PART THAT'S PATENTLY UNTRUE..."
In the end Halpern advised the father to plead no contest to one charge of spousal abuse and one charge of cruelty to a child in exchange for a sentence of probation. No jail time, despite the dramatic allegations against him of sex abuse and physical brutality.

Desde un principio se vio q esta familia normal no era, que ya habian estado metidos en movidas raras.
Esta claro que una familia normal, no mete a sus hijos en un lio como este ni por dinero ni por nada, aqui han visto la gallina de los huevos de oro y la estan explotando al maximo, hasta q no de para mas; inventos, denuncias, chantages..., pero las cosas se acaban sabiendo.
Es la madre la que deberia pagar por destrozar la infancia de sus hijos, eran niños y por mucho dinero q ahora tengan, que lo tienen seguro, no quita que tengan un buen trauma y que no puedan crecer con normalidad. ¿eso no esta mal Snnedon?.
A mi del niño este, q no es tan niño no me sorprende ya casi nada ¿iaginais que infancia de mierda ha tenido antes de nosotros tener noticias de que él existia? en cuantas movidas se ha visto metido él y sus hermanos, eso destroza la infancia y marca de por vida si no se recibe ayuda y ahora verse en un tribunal, ser el foco de atencion..., ahora es un adolescente y puede ser tan retorcido como su madre, pero ahi esta Mez para saber por donde debe atacar.
Es triste ver q hay seres humanos capaces de sacrificar a sus hijos por pasta, hay q ser muy cabron para hacerlo y mucho mas para apoyarlo, difundirlo y gastar millones de dolares en ello, que es lo q esta haciendo Snnedon, si la madre es lo peor, él no se queda corto.

Quizás como he leído por ahí, puede que en algo no sea beneficioso para la defensa, pero por mucho que pienso no le veo yo muy mala pinta, para lo que va a ser bueno es para cambiar un poco la imagen de niño desvalido que tiene Gavin ante los medios.
Ya se ha comentado en muchos lados la locura de la madre y es bueno que ahora le toque al niño.
Me gustaría que hubiera sido un truquito de Mez, para darle en todas las narices a Sneddon y a Mellvine con lo de Bashir.
