I wish to address other felonies committed by Tom Sneddon. I strongly urge that the below felonies be considered when determining whether a special prosecutor is assigned to investigate this matter.
Each felony has been tested by several legal representatives to insure they fall under fraud of the court. Each felony is a matter of court record. The body of the below criminal acts are found in the Santa Barbara Superior Court criminal records Case #1133603. Notice of Motion and Motion to Set Aside the Indictment (Penal Code Section 995) 06/29/2004 Released: 03/08/2006.
1. Tom Sneddon conspired to change the dates of the alleged molestation to fit the timeframe that both Michael Jackson and the alleged victim, Gavin Arvizo, were in the same city/state.
2. Tom Sneddon knowingly requested arrest warrant for Michael Jackson based on a false witness statement by Gavin Arivzo and family to Forensic Psychologist Dr. Katz. The statement contains manufactured dates and occurrences of the alleged molestation.
3. Tom Sneddon used the same fraudulent statement as probable cause to obtain several search warrants for Michael Jackson’s home
4. Tom Sneddon knowingly filed false kidnapping charges against Michael Jackson when he was aware the alleged victims of the kidnapping moved about freely on shopping trips and was also in contact with Tom Sneddon himself during the alleged kidnapping timeframe.
5. Tom Sneddon approved a search warrant and a raid on the home of Michael Jackson's personal assistant, whereby folders labeled "Defense Attorney", a fax addressed to the defense attorney, 15 items covered by attorney-client privilege and at least 36 items that were not covered by the search warrant were illegally seized.

INSTRUCCIONES (TERCERA Y ÚLTIMA FORMA DE FIRMAR):
1) La misma carta que hemos enviado por email, tenemos que enviarla por correo postal ordinario. Es decir, en papel y sobre.
Como dije al principio de la tarde, es un esfuerzo mayor. Pero a pesar de que me estoy repitiendo, SOLO HABRÁ UNA OPORTUNIDAD PARA ENJUICIAR A SNEDDON. Y por tanto, este esfuerzo mayor SOLO LO TENDREMOS QUE HACER UNA VEZ EN NUESTRA VIDA.
Es AHORA o NUNCA.
Todos nosotros llevamos 7 largos años soñando con que Sneddon pagara lo que hizo. Persiguió, amenazó y acusó del peor delito a un hombre INOCENTE. Y como él sabía que era inocente, FABRICÓ PRUEBAS FALSAS para llevarlo a juicio. Destruyó su reputación y quiso ponerlo de rodillas, a él, Y A TODOS NOSOTROS.
Sneddon hizo que todos nosotros hayamos tenido que discutir con amigos, familiares, compañeros de estudios o de tabajo, que nos han dicho que Michael era un abusador.
Ahora, tenemos UNA SOLA OPORTUNIDAD para callarles la boca A TODOS.
MJsANGELS al completo, os pide por favor, OS RUEGA, OS SUPLICA que enviemos TODOS JUNTOS ESAS CARTAS.
Es solo un pequeño esfuerzo en nuestra vida.
2) Se trata de enviar por correo ordinario, la misma carta, A CADA UNO DE LOS 5 SUPERVISORES. Es decir, CINCO CARTAS.
3) La carta ES LA MISMA que el mail. La única diferencia es que en la cabecera de la carta, donde dice "DEAR SUPERVISORS", debéis poner el nombre y apellido de cada Supervisor.

4) Abajo en la carta, FIRMARLA A BOLÍGRAFO.
5) Luego, hay que hacer una COPIA O FOTOCOPIA de cada una de esas 5 cartas y enviarlas, si queréis, EN UN MISMO SOBRE a William Wagener.
¿Por qué le enviamos una copia de las 5 cartas? Para que quede CONSTANCIA de que escribimos a los 5 supervisores. De este modo, cuando llegue el momento de hacer recuento, el nº de cartas que hayan recibido los supervisores, tendrá que coincidir con el nº de cartas que tenga Wagener. Si los supervisores dicen que recibieron 6.000 cartas y Wagener tiene 6.500, podrá demostrarlo gracias a que le hemos enviado una copia.
6) Quiero dejaros claro a todos, que NO HAY NINGÚN PROBLEMA por enviar estas cartas. Nosotros estamos actuando como parte de la sociedad que simplemente exige JUSTICIA y que se investigue a Sneddon. Para NINGUNO DE NOSOTROS, el enviar estas cartas e emails tiene NINGUNA CONSECUENCIA DE NINGÚN TIPO.

En breve, os pondré una traducción al español de la carta, para que todos sepáis qué es lo que le estamos pidiendo a los Supervisores.

RESUMIENDO:
1.- Firmar la petición a través de la web site, poniendo en OPTIONAL, el texto en inglés que os he dejado antes.
2.- Enviar un solo email a los 5 supervisores y al coordinador con la carta en inglés que os he dejado.
3.- Enviar por correo ordinarios 5 cartas (cada una a un supervisor) y 5 copias en un solo sobre a William Wagener,
Y eso es todo. Nunca más tendremos que hacer nada, porque nunca habrá otra oportunidad. Son 6 sobres en papel, 6 sellos, y unos minutos para acercarnos a un buzón. Michael padeció mucho más que este pequeño esfuerzo nuestro.
