No quería decir que no fuese sexy... lo es. Pero tanto escote le estaba perjudicando, a mi entender, sobre todo si quiere que la gente (los americanos) olvide de una vez el escándalo. El caso es que últimamente no enseña tanta pechuga ¿es algo casual?; no lo creo.

Janet: New album will be released sometime before March
In a live telephone interview this morning with Atlanta's Q100.5, Janet said that her new album will be released in the first quarter of the new year.
"So that means sometime before March," she explained.
She's currently working on the album in Atlanta and said that Jermaine Dupri has not yet done any work on the project.

Da Brat Arrested, Rapper Allegedly Smashed Bottle In Waitress' Face
Atlanta-based rapper Da Brat was arrested today (November 1) after allegedly striking a waitress in the head with a rum bottle.
The ruckus supposedly happened around 1:20 a.m. this morning at Jermaine Dupri's club, Studio 72, on Lawrenceville Highway, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Dekalb County police spokeswoman Mekka Parish confirmed that the 33-year-old rapper (born Shawntae Harris) was involved in an "altercation involving pushing" with a server at the club.
"According to witnesses, after the pushing, the waitress walked away, and a short time later, that's when Da Brat picked up a bottle and hit the waitress in the face with it," Parish said.
Parish said the rum bottle broke as Brat struck the woman, causing a "deep laceration" to the 23-year-old waitress' cheek. She also suffered swelling to her forehead, and friends took her to a local hospital.
The rapper was arrested at the club, charged with felony aggravated assault, and is currently in custody awaiting her initial appearance which will take place within 72 hours from the arrest time.
The rapper was previously charged with felony aggravated assault for allegedly pistol-whipping someone at the Chili Pepper nightclub in Buckhead. Cops said she beat the woman for sitting in the VIP Loungeand not leaving when Brat told her to. The victim suffered a cut on her face that required three stitches. Brat pled guilty to get the charge reduced to misdemeanor reckless conduct. She had to pay $1,000, serve 80 hours of community service and was on probation for a year.

Según acabo de leer en janet-xone, el single Call On Me ha re-entrado esta semana en las listas del Billboard, concretamente en el número 3 de las ventas de singles R&B y en el 23 de la lista absoluta de ventas de singles. Se desconoce la razón de esta sorpresiva re-entrada, aunque supongo que el éxito de la película tendrá algo que ver.

Está muy tranquilita porque está con los últimos retoques del disco. Según ha dicho sale en sobre marzo. Y se rumorea que ha hecho unas audiciones de bailarines para el video, pero no se sabe nada oficialmente.

Janet Jackson's as-yet-untitled debut album for Island Def Jam will be released in February. The artist is also prepping a worldwide tour to promote the follow-up to 2006's "20 Y.O." In addition, Jackson has signed with the William Morris Agency for representation in all areas.
Jackson comes to the company after a starring role in Tyler Perry's hit "Why Did I Get Married?" She will be repped by a team of agents led by Dave Wirtschafter and Charles King that will run across multiple divisions of the agency, including film, touring, licensing and merchandising, television, theater, publishing and new technology.
Jackson said she was attracted to the agency because of its long history. She continues to be repped by managers Johnny Wright and Kenneth Crear as well as attorney Don Passman.
As for Jackson's new album, it is being executive produced by Def Jam CEO Antonio "L.A." Reid rather than Jackson's boyfriend, Island Urban president Jermaine Dupri
