Ahora no me acuerdo bien, pero cuando registraron la oficina de Miller que objetos incautaron?
Segun tengo entendido el juez ha dicho que es un registro legal, pero aún se tienen que aprobar como evidencias los objetos incautados, no?

Si el registro lo considera legítimo, también considera lo incautado. Entre los objetos incautados había videos de la madre poniendo a MJ como un santo (o eso leí).
Yo leí (no me acuerdo en donde, creo que lo dijo Karen) que los objetos incautados daban igual, simplemente se había interpuesto la apelación de registro ilegal para mostrar al público que había irregularidades en la fiscalía.Mó_Ònw4lk3r dijo:

Pues como ya habeis dicho tambien habria que echar al Juez porque si hace lo que le da la gana y se salta la ley como quiere, de juicio justo tiene poco. Yo no entiendo de leyes, pero en fin el Juez muy imparcial no se le ve.

Bajo la ley de California, tanto la fiscalia como la defensa tienen la oportunidad que pedir se quite al juez sin dar ninguna explicación, el jefe judicial de California (espero esa sea la traducción correcta de California's clief justice) cita a un nuevo posible juez para examinarlo y luego se da la decisión

supongo, en el escrito que mandó Melville solo explica como el cree que Miller si tenía asociación con MJ directa, ya que participó en las interacciónes entre los Arvizo y MJ, dice que aun falta por clarificar la naturaleza de su participación. Ahora supongo que la defensa podrá intentar desestimar evidencia por evidencia.

Si tú te sientes como el culo de mal, enciérrate en un cuarto oscuro y hártate a llorar durante siglos lamentándote de lo terrible que es todo, pero ya está bien de hacerle saber al mundo entero sin parar todo el tiempo lo espantoso que es todo y que el fín del mundo ha llegado, porque si tú estas así, como tendría que estar Michael? Asomado a un rascacielos de aquí a que termine el juicio pa ver si se tiene ke tirar? Y Mez, como tendría que estar? Qué quieres, que salga corriendo de la sala y se encierre en el servicio a llorar? Mez es bastante mas inteligente q todo eso!! Ahora tienen las pruebas q haran q un tribunal superior vea q Melville es tan corrupto como Sneddon! Todod esto, aunq sean malas noticias ahora mismo, podria ser rebatido por un tribunal superior...

Yo nunca me he fiado de la imparcialidad del juez, pero el juicio ni ha empezado. Si ya empezais así...no me imagino cuando estemos en el juicio.

Yo nunca me he fiado de la imparcialidad del juez, pero el juicio ni ha empezado. Si ya empezais así...no me imagino cuando estemos en el juicio.

Yo siempre intento ser positivo, así que en el peor de los peores casos, es decir, que el Juez MelVillage People lo mande a la trena, no pasará nada:
-Allí podría hacer un remake de la versión alternativa del They Don't Care about us, con Spike Lee pero en plan realista en la cárcel (cagándose en fotos de Sneddon y eso...).
-Podría componer un Billie Jail (con su correspondiente Jailwalk y la peli Jailwalker).
-Podría llevarse a sus hermanos allí y montar los Jailson Five.
-...
En fin, es sólo una broma, pero hay mil formas de ver las cosas antes de deprimirse.
Esperemos que todo se solucione lo mejor posible y desconfiemos de la justicia EEUU todo lo desconfiable. Sólo un trabajo alucinante de los abogados puede cambiar el rumbo de la película, pero cosas mejores se han visto.

SANTA MARIA, United States (AFP) - A judge dealt a blow to Michael Jackson's defense by refusing the superstar's bid to have the child molestation charges against him tossed out of court.
He also ordered prosecutors to hand over documents and information in the celebrity case to the defence, warning both sides that he would not tolerate a delay the scheduled start of singer's trial, set for January 31.
Dismissing Jackson's lawyers' claims of prosecutorial misconduct, Judge Rodney Melville ruled that there was enough evidence to warrant the 10 charges against the "King of Pop."
The ruling came after Jackson's team sought in July to have the indictment against him dismissed on the grounds of insufficient evidence and because rules had allegedly been flouted when evidence was presented to the grand jury that issued the charges.
"Having concluded that there was no significant instructional error, and given sufficient evidence of the crimes upon which the indictment was presented, the brief episodes of concern in the record is not such as to justify setting aside the indictment," he wrote.
Jackson's lawyers had contended the secret grand jury proceedings that resulted in the indictment against Jackson were hopelessly flawed, that prosecutor Thomas Sneddon "bullied" witnesses and that there was inadequate proof of any crime.
Jackson, 46, is accused of molesting a 12-year-old boy at his Neverland Ranch, near Santa Maria, in February and March of last year. He was arrested on November 19 and freed on three million dollars bail.
In April, he pleaded innocent to 10 charges including child molestation, plying a minor with alcohol and conspiracies to kidnap, illegally imprison and extort his alleged victim or his family.
While refusing to make the indictment public, Judge Melville threw some light on details of the charges against Jackson, which have been shrouded in secrecy due to a strict gag order imposed on the case.
The conspiracy to extort centers on claims by the now 14-year-old alleged victim's mother that Jackson told her that her children's lives were in danger in order to silence the family and persuade them to make a video defending Jackson against claims that he abused the boy.
The boy, a cancer patient, and his family did record a taped exoneration of Jackson after the youngster appeared in an explosive BBC documentary that led to the child abuse charges against Jackson.
The indictment alleged that Jackson convinced the boy and his family to attend a press conference in Miami that never took place, the judge said quoting the indictment.
When the family arrived in Miami, Jackson personally advised them to cooperate with the making of the rebuttal video in order to ensure their safety, it claimed.
The conspiracy to kidnap charges stem from Jackson allegedly flying the family to Neverland and holding them against their will after moving them out of their Los Angeles apartment and putting their goods into storage, the judge's ruling revealed.
"These circumstances would support the view that the crimes were committed," the judge wrote, adding that the fact that there was enough evidence for the case to go forward did NOT indicate Jackson's guilt.
In a further blow to the defence bid to chip away at the prosecution case, the judge also refused to toss out evidence seized on November 18 in massive police raids on Neverland and on a private investigator's office.
Jackson's team had claimed that investigators overstepped the bounds of their search warrants, making the evidence inadmissible.
But Melville said that the evidence contested by the prosecution represented only a small part of that seized and that investigators had not flagrantly overstepped their authority.
But the judge granted a defense request and ordered Sneddon to reveal the names of the secret informants whose testimony sparked the police searches.
"We are here to seek the truth, to defend an innocent person who is falsely accused," lawyer Susan Yu told the judge, explaining why the confidential informants should be identified.
An irate Judge Melville told prosecutors to hand over outstanding documents and evidence to Jackson's camp and warned both sides he would not delay the start of his trial.
"I am not interested in continuing this case beyond the trial date," the judge said. "That would be punishing me for your failure to comply with the rules. I'm not doing that."
Sneddon retorted that there was a "tremendous gap in logic by the defence in concluding we are hiding something when we are not."
But the judge put off until the next hearing on November 4 considering a defence bid to kick Sneddon off the case on the grounds that he is biased and holds a grudge against Jackson, whom he unsuccessfully pursued on other child abuse charges in 1993.
